MOOD BOARDS
Above is my huge pinterest board which I often looked back on and added to throughout the project. This board is just to collect a general vibe/feeling as well as the aesthetic or setting, nothing too in depth.
within the board I also made sections for each character (plus others), once again just gathering a overall impression to help inspire my own designs.

From my boards, I collected and picked out the key images which would serve as good references. The enviroment images are only there to help set a scene, but the more specific stuff like the gloves and goggles are useful references for my character designs.
I created these on pureref!
I was still unsure about the prop so I collected 3 small ideas, a serum, some sort of kit/case, or mysterious documents.
Above is a quick story/outline of the characters for my project. This idea was brewing in my head while I was gathering images but writing it all down really helped me create something solid to work from and also explain to people.
